FASHION AND APPAREL DESIGN
BGS Fashion & Apparel Design offers a 3 Years comprehensive degree program in B.Sc. FAD affiliated to Bangalore University recognised by Government of Karnataka. This Course is designed to develop students into creative thinkers who translate their ideas and experience into design collections. They develop professional competencies, creative insights and understanding of trends, Materials and fabrics which enables them to respond to customers’ demands and brands.
Students are equipped to develop an in-depth knowledge in understanding the designer’s role in the contemporary Fashion Industry. Career prospects in a global fashion Industry are enhanced by exposure to National and International events, real time projects and mentoring by Fashion Industry experts.
Students get hands on experience on how their fashion world functions and evolves. They are encouraged towards experiential learning with new methodologies. In collaboration with Fashion Industries and Event Management teams, the final year students get a unique experience of showcasing their Collection at a leading Fashion Show with exposure to employers and Top Designers.
